The preparation for studying music and the support of young people who are enthusiastic about music are very important to the Lucerne School of Music. Accordingly, offers were created to specifically promote young talent through practical and theoretical lessons and to support them in preparing for the bachelor's entrance examination at Swiss music universities. There are different courses to choose from, depending on your needs, previous knowledge and school level. In addition to individual instrumental / vocal lessons, music theory, rhythm, ear training and workshops are offered.
Networked nationally and internationally, the Lucerne School of Music cooperates with various Swiss jazz festivals and other renowned institutions. The newly opened "Kampus Südpol", in the immediate vicinity of the Südpol cultural center of the same name, the Lucerne Theater, the Lucerne City Music School and the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra, offers an open, legendary place to work and meet for students, employees, partners and an audience interested in music.
